ACND Hunger Fest 2006

 

 

March 3 between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. and March 4 between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, Archbishop Curley Notre Dame High School students will be washing cars on the 4949 NE 2nd Avenue campus as part of the annual 27 Hour Hunger Fest.  All proceeds will benefit the poor in Haiti, Peru and Miami. 

 

The Hunger Fest allows sixty-five students the opportunity to show their solidarity with the poor of the world.  All participants refrain from food from Friday afternoon until Saturday evening. 

 

In addition to the car wash the students will be packing lunches for the homeless of Camillus House.
