ACND Boys Soccer Celebrates

Miami, FL  - The Archbishop Curley Notre Dame High School Knights Boys’ Soccer Team enjoy

their district trophy after an exciting semi-final district win and district championship game. 

Under the direction of Br. James DePiro, the 2007 – 2008 ACND Soccer Team completed the

year as district semi-finalists.

Notable players on the team were: Goalie Michael Yeash who posted an impressive twenty saves

for a 2-0 shut out in the district semi-final round against Miami Country Day, and the duo of Gregory

Solano and Misha Orosz who combined for over 75% of the team’s goals.

After a hard loss in the regional semi-finals, many of the players are now turning their attention towards

the baseball field where they hope to have the same success.  For a schedule of upcoming ACND
