11th Grade Admissions Process

Items Needed for Complete Application for Admissions

□  Application and Application Fee ($20)

□  Transcript for each year in high school and standardized test results

□  Other documentation if applicable (I.E.P., recent evaluation)

□  Original Birth Certificate (long form)

□  Interview with Admissions personnel
